Rounding up some of my favorite purchases in January! I always love the start of the year since it’s my birthday month, and it always feels like a fresh start. I was able to take some time off work and blogging during the holidays and am ready to get back into the swing of things, including my monthly round ups.

Shackets have definitely been my favorite trend recently, and I think I’m up to about 6 of them now with no shame. Since ‘shackets’ are basically just thicker flannels, I don’t think they’ll necessarily go out of style since they’re already such a classic look.
2. Pampas Grass
My husband and I recently moved apartments so I’ve been on the hunt for some new decor pieces. I picked up this pampas grass from Amazon and it’s enough to separate into two vases which I really love.
I definitely have oiler skin and don’t love lotions that leave my skin feeling greasy or tacky. This moisturizer feels extremely refreshing, and still leaves the skin feeling moisturized without being too heavy.
The apartment that my husband and I moved to is a two bedroom, so the second bedroom is my office & fashion space and I finally pulled the trigger on this rack. I love the shelving on the side to display shoes and think it makes a great backdrop for photos/videos as well.
My lips are always very dry and in need of exfoliation. I got this scrub from Elf and it’s super affordable, tastes great, and leaves the skin feeling super smooth making lip stick go on seamlessly.
I’m a huge fan of double cleansing and have been looking to try a new oil out. I love the Tula cult classic cleanser so I thought I’d give this a go. I love that it has a pump since most balms you need to use a spatula to get the product on the face.
These are the perfect neutral booties that go with about every outfit. I also love the chunky heel, making them stand out a bit more since the color is so neutral.
This is a super comfy cardigan, and I love the puff sleeves on it. This is from the boutique Leela and Lavender, and they have a ton of cute items on their site. I also picked up a pair of earrings and face masks from this shop and loved the quality.
I’ve been on a Zara kick lately, and they’ve been having a ton of great sales too. I got this bodysuit since I’m a huge fan of building up a wardrobe of basics, and this will be the foundation of so many outfits.
Another great staple piece for a super affordable price off Amazon. This can be worn with so many different outfits, and I’ve also been wearing it around as lounge wear as well.
I hope everyone’s had a great start to 2021! Let me know if you’ve tried any of these products out and how you like them!
